If you're looking for that perfect summer taste where you get a fresh salad, delicious rice options and grilled meat, you have met it at Green and Grilled. This place is pretty fantastic! Spinach rice, carrot rice, brown rice and some other options for your sides. Beef (I think it's seasoned with curry, but I could be wrong), chicken, pork and tofu on the grill. If you get the combination meal you choose a meat, a side and a salad! It's pretty awesome. The best part about this place is the concept. The food is really tasty and the preparation is perfect. It has great flavor without giving up on healthy. I love that!

This place is great! I've been on a diet the last few months and this place is ideal if you want a meal on the go. Visited at lunch and the order was fresh and made to order in about 8 minutes. Great prices. Can't wait to come back. I had the grilled chicken, grilled veggies, and steamed brown rice.

Latin American seasoning Yaaaaaaaassssssssss! This foos took me back to summers in Miami beach Latin American & Cuban cuisine! Yes for the 1st time in my life I really really enjoyed healthy cuisine @ green & grilled. I'm not a health nut, but if you're watching your calories & want to eat something healthy, then this is ideal for you. The grilled veggies were sauteed perfectly. Both the steak & grilled chicken had a great island infused flavors. Green & grilled reminded me how much i missed great cuban/latin food. The decor was very trendy & modern. I loved the lighting. My baked potato was steamed to perfection hot & soft. It was already salted. I will be back. This place was very refreshing! It was exactly what I unexpectedly was looking for; food wise. An out of the box, fresh idea! Kids meals have a generous amount of food & healthy options for the kiddos too.

So in utter confusion of where and what to eat, something in the back of my mind told me it was time to try this place. The infamous Green and Grilled. When we first arrived I was nervous. Not having previously scanned the menu I wasn't sure what to get. It didn't help that the person taking our order didn't seem too friendly, or too happy to be there. So after listening to my partner in crime order I figured I would get the same. I order the combination meal, with chicken, a steamed and salted potato, and some sautéed veggies. While we waited I admired the quaint quiet little restaurant. It was very nice, and quiet, great for chilling and having a nice little chat. Our food arrives after a bit. Not too long of a wait. The food was pretty good. I definitely recommend the steamed veggies, they were by far my favourite. The potato was pretty much like a baked potato. I recommend asking for a cup of butter and adding some salt. Now the chicken was cooked perfectly, however it's not your normal run of the mill chicken. This chicken has soaked in a marinade of onion & spiced adobo, because of this long soak the chicken has a green tint, and an interesting, foreign taste. This is definitely something you can't get at your local Chile's and I would recommend trying the place at least once. It was overall a great experience and good food.

Good, healthy food. Simple and real clean eating. If you are meal prepping or just eating healthy, this place taste good.

This is the best alternative to fast food and chains which is all that abounds here. Very fresh and flavorful perfectly sautéed veggies - not uncooked or mushy overcooked. The chicken is flavorful as are the salads and the homemade dressings. We will definitely be back when we're out this way running Saturday errands - particularly since Garbanzo closed. Go to Grilled and Green - you'll be thankful for the great option other than fast food hamburger and chicken!! We had: grilled chicken combo with a tropical salad and sautéed veggies in lieu of rice, a steak combo with Apple spinach salad and carrot rice and a kids meal with sweet corn soup, grilled chicken breast and sliced strawberry. Highly recommend! The only negative is that they forgot to give us the apple juice in our kids meal. Because we took it to go, we didn't realize until 10 minutes after leaving and it wasn't worth going back. A bit annoying though.

I went to Green and Grilled and it was just not enough food. The bowls of soup were small, the portion sizes were on the child size side. It was like everything was a side. It was ok but nothing to rave about. It was just ok. It was like a snack! I was still hungry it did not satisfy my appetite at all. Nor did it satisfy the others I was with.

Green and Grilled - It's what you pay for. Tried it for the first time today. Walking in, the atmosphere was pleasing and there wasn't too much of a lunch crowd there. I made my way to the menu to find that it was very easy to read, with very straightforward choices. The cashier was polite and took my order. They also served Sweet Leaf Tea, which is one of my favorites. My total came close to $12--but I expected as much for what I was getting. I just put a bandaid on my wallet for the time being. The food took abut 5-7 minutes to complete, but for what I received, it was worth it. I ordered the grilled chicken with white spinach rice and a spinach and bacon salad. The salad contained mushrooms and black olives, so I tried those for the first time and I think my body is still trying to figure out what to do with those. Lol. Overall, the meal was very good. The portions weren't overbearing and my stomach feels satisfied. I'll definitely go again.

Exactly what I want when out working and need a healthy quick option. Chicken was juicy, flavorful. Veggies grilled to perfection. Spinach Rice was really good. This place delivers excellent food, it's economical and staff was friendly and helpful! Go here, feel good, get back to work...Good Stuff!

  • Samantha S.

Very good health food. They have good portions for the "protein " I had the tofu and it was seasoned very well. Definitely recommend. The only negative was the atmosphere of the place. There's green lights everywhere which look kind of funny and it's dark enough that when we were looking for it we passed it up and then when we found It, it appeared to be closed.

This place is a little slice of heaven. It's in a shopping strip. We really hadn't noticed it before but so glad we tried it. Healthy options quick! We are hooked on the variety of food they offer.

What a great restaurant! I'd always seen this place here, aWhat a great restaurant! I'd always seen this place here, and finally got around to checking it out with a friend for dinner one evening. Just a side note, I think this is more of a lunch place because it was empty except for me and my friend. But nevertheless, it works for dinner too! This place hits the bulls-eye of the portion size/price target. Entrees are $7-8, and mine included grilled chicken, a small salad, and a small baked potato. All their entrees fall along these guidelines of picking a meat, vegetable, and one of their specialty salads. I can't really review their service since the restaurant wasn't busy, Its a walk up order, get your own drink, and sit down, so there isn't much service needed besides bringing your order and checking to make sure everything tastes fine. Definitely check this place out for either lunch or dinner! Its a great location for me, and a great alternative to the generic Chilli's also at this corner.

This is a great new locally run place that offers healthy and filling food. They actually have marinated/grilled tofu as a protein option...I mean it's not even fried! I'm so ecstatic that they're here (and close to work). I hope they start filling up the place though, as it's usually dead when I visit at lunch.

  • Scott W.

Not too impressed. I went because a friend said it was great. Very small portion for the money. Not very flavorful. Staff was a dull as a butter knife. I may need to go back and try something different. I got chicken breast and avacado slices. Unimpressed.

I tried Green & Grilled (food truck) today! I had the grilled chicken (and a sample of the steak) with the spinach rice and the apple spinach salad. Starting with the chicken..Chicken was sooo yummy. Steak was good but not better than the chicken. Spinach rice was a bit undercooked and could have been a little bit more flavorful to me HOWEVER they may have been rushing because of the weather and they were late. Apple Spinach salad was fantastic and so was the vinaigrette. The vinaigrette was so light and refreshing! All and all...it was good! #TryItYourself

A hidden gem -- don't be fooled by its strip mall location. Healthy, flavorful food, fresh ingredients. We happened to chat with the owners. Very nice people. Worth a shot!

I SO wanted to like this place. The decor is very zen-cool. They have these platform booths with high tables along the side. Very fun to eat at. And spacious. But I didn't think the food, while a great concept, was all that high-quality/healthy. The vegetables and rices were really really salty. And all the ingredients should be mixed into a bowl, but they are arranged rather weakly on an oval plate. I don't think I'll be going back. But if I do, I will ask them not to put salt on anything.

Pretty economical price for healthier eating. I had the chicken, spinach rice, spinach salad, and pineapple zucchini cupcake...all of it tasted great

  • Addison G.

This is a great locally owned restaurant! The owner is helpful and always puts hospitality first. The food is great. Healthy and not over priced. You also will leave full, it's not a healthy restaurant that leaves you needing something extra. You can get a full meal with drink for around $8 I think. Love that their take out is so easy as well. Give them a try and spread the word! PS - try the apple spinach salad (amazing).

    (5)
  • Ashley G.

I have the spinach salad with chicken the chicken marinade was outstanding it came with a lime cilantro vinaigrette that also was incredible. By the way did I mention I hate cilantro and I loved it. I also love the fact that they had a huge vegetarian selection come check it out

    (4)
  • Helen C.

Found this place through Yelp - LOVE it! I'm a vegetarian, so finding a place that has both selection and taste is always a challenge - Green & Grilled absolutely delivers on both! The marinated tofu is delicious! Great prices, great food, great concept - will definitely be going back.

love this place!!! Everything is healthy and they have the best grilled tofu! If you're into vegetables, you'll love this place

  • Steve M.

I like this restaurant. The white and green decor gives the place a fresh feel. I had the grilled chicken and the spinach apple salad along with a baked potato. I especially liked the salad which in addition to the apples also had cranberries and walnuts. So healthy food, pleasant atmosphere, decent prices----if the next visit is as good I will probably up my rating to 4 stars.

Since going to a Primal eating style this place ranks high on my lunch list. Nice pairings of meat and healthy sides.

More places like Green & Grilled need to exist in OKC ,where it seems that both local and natural are a rarity. Moderate pricing, healthy eating, all-natural, non-processed food, friendly staff...yes, please. A bit on the simple side taste-wise, but that's probably to be expected with the genre of cuisine. Highly recommended, especially for healthier lifestyles.

  • Ellison D.

Love the decor, love the staff, love the food. It's great to be able to find a really healthy vegetarian option in Oklahoma City that is so inexpensive. Their grilled tofu and pineapple zucchini muffins are great!

Guilt Free Eating! Great tasting grilled chicken & pork, a side of spinach rice and a small salad. I love, love, love this place for lunch. The whole meal is about $10 with drink and it will fill you up without the fat. I am so happy we have this totally new place in North OKC. You should check it out. Next to Cato in the Target parking lot.

If you want a healthy meal, this is the place to go. I love the marinade that they use on the steak. The salad dressing was delicious. Everything was portion controlled. The service was good. They brought our food out and cleaned the table. The only downside is the price.

Fast food heaven. That's what I like to call NW Expressway, It's full of it. Tex Mex, burgers, buffets, fried stuffs up the yin yang.. You name it, I betcha it's on NWE. Finding Green & Grilled has been a win win situation. Sometimes I want to take a break from all the other stuff that taunts me everyday. *Points finger* Yeah, I see you Chick-Fil-A and I'm looking the other way! Catering - Gold Standard. Their strawberries and cream... So good. The meats tend to be cut in large pieces so be sure to arm yourselves with a sturdy fork and knife. Can't go wrong with either of their rice options- carrot or spinach. Btw. Juan is a rock star! I had the pleasure of dining in for dinner last Friday. The interior was so very calming with it's green and white paint and outdoorsy pictures. One wall is adorned with gigantic photographs of their signature dishes. I decided on the tofu with mixed veggies (normally cauliflower, carrots, broccoli) and carrot rice. Everything came out piping hot. Healthy, yes. If you are more of a salt fiend, you might want to sprinkle some into your meal. Otherwise, enjoy the healthiness for a change.

My general lunchtime rule when I'm Hungry and Indecisive used to be as follows: Hungry + Can't Make Up Mind = Gyro City Now I have a new place to go when I'm indecisive - Green and Grilled. What can I add to the other reviews that hasn't been said? Not much really - what good stuff they said and then some. This place is really a breath of fresh air as a dining choice, and just went into my rotation as a favorite. Being a recent convert to the Church of Healthy Eats, this place is a perfect fit. I won't sacrifice taste for the sake of my new found faith, and you don't have to here. I ordered the grilled chicken, which came with brown rice (my selection, there are other sides available) and a spinach salad. The marinated chicken was cooked perfectly, and was very moist. The salad was a small work of art, and all the veggies involved were fresh. Soggy and/or brown salad components really torque my nads, but these were perfect. And as another reviewer stated, the cilantro lime vinaigrette is excellent. If I were charged $15 for this meal I wouldn't have raised an eyebrow; so at $10 including the drink and tax, this is easily one of the best and tastiest values I've found yet. Service is friendly, the place is very clean and the food rules. What more can you ask for?

  • Brad Z.

I enjoyed this little restaurant quite a bit! The food is fast and delicious and the service is quite nice too. I enjoyed both the chicken and the steak, though when I go back, I think I'll go with the chicken! I also enjoyed a nice refreshing salad, and some tasty grilled veggies for my sides. They are flexible about switching sides out as well. They had just ran out of baked potatoes right before I ordered, so the nice person taking my order let have an additional side at no charge. The place was clean, and the staff were all friendly. The restaurant looks like it is attempting to be green as well. The numbers that you are given with your order are on old computer boards that have been re-purposed and reused. I believe that this place is a healthy alternative to a lot of fast food places, and gets a thumb up in my book for sure! It is clean, green, and a great place to visit for a quick bite!

It is sad that there is no such good restaurant in this area of OKC. All franchise restaurants... So I was happy to find out this restaurant on Yelp. I came there at night. The place looks updated but the decoration was a little weird with lightning and cheap menu on the wall. The food for me was OK...My husband said I can cook better....The plastic plates they serve won't last long because they shows the cuts from knives and forks. But it is a cool concept. The staff is very friendly. I wish them luck and they should sell some green drink mix made from carrots, celery, kale, etc. to make more profit.

Great place! Friendly staff and very clean. The food is very flavorful and leaves a "good kind of fullness." The tofu and chicken are great! Try the carrot rice and cranberry-apple walnut spinach salad...

On the recommendation from a friend I went to eat at Green and Grilled. When i got there I thought this is a strange location for such a healthy restaurant because it is surrounded in that area with fast food garbage but don't let that stop you. This is a rare gem in Oklahoma City. First let me say I love Tofu and their marinated grilled Tofu is just outstanding and the sides like a very delicate rice is the perfect complement. I had salad also on the plate with the cranberries and it is also a wow. I wish this place was closer to my home but i am planning to eat there anytime I am out this way. Places like this deserve to be successful. They are taking a risk with the menu in this area so please spread the word. We have enough meat and potatoes in this town to last a lifetime.

  • Jenn S.

friendly owner and the food was spot-on! ALL options on the menu are healthy, so you won't be tempted. the tofu was grilled to perfection, and the cilantro lime vinaigrette was perfect. it came on the side, and it wasn't filled all the way up, so all the quirks were cognizant of a eating the proper amount of everything caloriewise. everyone was quite fresh, and the portions were sizeable. i'll definitely be back. OH, if you get some delicious sweet leaf tea, put the cans on top of the trash bin when you leave, and he'll recycle them for you. :) and there's a patio when the weather is nice for that sort of thing.

This place is fantastic, especially for the price. I got the steak, the grilled vegetables, the brown rice, and a fruit salad. Everything tasted great. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to go and splurge- that's not what it is. It's a place to get healthy food, that is all natural, non-processed, and good for you. I travel so much, and get so sick of eating rich, huge, heavy meals, that this was an awesome option. I wish there were more of these around the US. Also, I think it's worth mentioning that the fruit salad was fantastic, not some pale, under / over ripe mess of whatever's cheapest. It had apples, strawberries, pineapples, watermelon, cantelope and grapes in it. And although I just ordered to-go, the service was prompt, friendly, and polite. My only kind-of complaint is their to-go packaging. I noticed that their drink cups, and their soup cups / fruit containers are compostable, which I think is great. However, my dinner came in a cheap styrofoam container that of course created a ton of condensation. Would love to get my dinner in something that 1) vents steam, 2) is at least recyclable and 3) preferably microwaveable so that I can nuke it in my hotel room for a couple of minutes if needed.

Having just moved to OKC, I was very excited to find a healthy place to eat near my work! The grilled tofu is delish and so is the carrot rice. The portions are not overly large so you don't have to feel stuffed if you clear your plate. Overall this place is definitely yummy!

I have been on the road for 1 month. Finally, something completely healthy and really good. Totally hit the spot. The bacon spinach salad was perfect. The potato was cooked perfectly.

This was a poor excuse for healthy food! I had the tropical salad and it had corn from a can & the cheddar cheese was not even freshly grated, it was from a discussing bag!!! I felt as though I was eating a salad full of GMO's...huge disappointment!!!

  • Kimberly M.

Love their food. Healthy and inventive. Their salad dressings are amazing. They need to bottle them and sell them! Get the grilled chicken, spinach rice, and apple salad. Ask for extra dressing to drizzle over your rice. I promise you'll love it!!!

I really loved Green and Grilled! I live in this area and have seen this place a few times and always been curious. After a long, half marathon training run this weekend, I was looking for a substantial but healthy dinner so I thought I'd try it out. It wasn't busy at all, but I hope that wasn't a sign of people not liking it, because I want it to stick around. I got the combination dinner, which comes with a meat, a side and half a salad. I had the marinated chicken breast, brown rice and the apple spinach salad. Everything was so good. The green onion adobo marinade is great on the chicken, and the salad had spinach, apples, dried cranberries and an orange vinaigrette. All flavorful and filling without being overwhelming. The service was friendly and super quick, and my meal was about $8 which I found very reasonable. There are so many options with the combination plates that I think you could eat here often and not get tired of it. My boyfriend works nights sometimes and I hate to cook a big dinner just for myself, so Green and Grilled is a really great option for nights I want a good dinner without cooking. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I were looking for a restaurant with healthy options near our home. We saw Green & Grilled and decided to order a meal to go. Unfortunately I did not get to see the restaurant interior since my husband picked up our meal. He said the interior appeared clean and modern. My husband ordered the grilled pork with an avocado and tropical salad for his two sides. I ordered the grilled chicken with the spinach rice and apple spinach salad for my sides. The food was delicious. I loved my meal especially the rice and salad. My chicken was good, but I had a bite of the grilled pork and actually preferred it over the chicken. You can really taste the flavorful marinade on the meat. The meals were very filling and only about $8.00 each. I was even able to save half my meal for the next day. We enjoyed Green & Grilled's food and service. It is nice to have more options for healthy takeout. We will definitely be back.

Green and Grilled serves up exactly its name. Grilled meat (or tofu) and green things (otherwise known as veggies). And honestly, their food is pretty delicious. Despite being a healthier meal option than your general fast food place, the prices are pretty similar. I was set back about $9 for their combo of a side, half a salad, and some grilled meat. And despite being a healthier option, they don't fully cater to Paleos. The only side option I had was avocado, and I'm not too sure if the dressings they use on the salads were kosher. The meats were tender and juicy and seasoned just right. The portions were filling, but not to the brim. My friend said her veggies were awesome as well. They customer service was average, though it was a little frustrating that several tables were dirty when we went to look for a table, and my food took way longer than my dining partner's. I also didn't like how loud it was in the venue. Everything was echoing all over the place and I couldn't hear to converse back with my comrade. Lunch rush aside, it was a pretty good experience.

Read some good reviews and had to stop by and check this place out while in the area. They have a combo that's a protein, side, and half salad. They really don't skimp you on the portions! I went with everyone's recommendation and tried the spinach rice which was delicious and fluffy. For salad I tried the tropical, it wasn't impressive but wasn't bad either. The tofu was cooked perfectly and has amazing flavor! As for the restaurant itself it was awkwardly dark but it was clean and I got my food pretty quickly.

Totally awesome surprise! Pick a protein, salad or soup and a side. Got chicken, Apple spinach salad and carrot rice. So delicious. The chocked was juicy and super flavorful. Can't wait to come back!!!

Light and healthy food options! My friends took me here after a workout before lunch. I ordered grilled chicken, rice, and vegetables. The chicken was tender, seasoned well, and was cook perfectly. The rice was cooked and seasoned well. The salad was fresh and I always love the combo of seasoned mets, rice, and salad. The only downside was the portions are kind of small. Either I eat a lot of the food was tasty and I left wanting more.

  • Jeff M.

Jeff: I figured it out! Jeff's Brain: Figured what out? Jeff: I figured out how to have a healthy meal at Green & Grilled. Jeff's Brain: How's that? Jeff: Well it helps to look at the menu in detail on G&G's website. Jeff's Brain: Why? How is the online menu different from the menu at the restaurant? Jeff: It's not, but I was able to figure out what to pick without being pressured by a cranky old lady breathing down my neck. Jeff's Brain: Okay, what exactly did you figure out about eating healthy at G&G? Jeff: So first off, the basic premise for why I would be eating at G&G is because I want to eat healthy, right? It's not like I walk into G&G wanting my tastebuds to be blown clean off. Jeff's Brain: Right... Jeff: But I was really bothered by how some of the sides that are being offered aren't really that healthy. Jeff's Brain: Sure, sure. Why emphasize "healthiest food possible" if you can't back it up? Jeff: Exactly! Thank you, I'm glad someone understands where I'm coming from. Well here's what I came up with to make my meal the healthiest possible (or at least healthiest possible while working with G&G's menu). I pick a grilled meat like the Grilled Pork, which from what I can tell seems to be lean pork so yay. And it tastes good, so yay again! For my first side I can get an avocado (or half an avocado I guess), and who doesn't love avocado? Jeff's Brain: You used to hate avocado for about 95 percent of your existence. Jeff: Well that was then, this is now. Don't distract me. For my second side, I can get the Sautéed Seasonal Veggies; they're lightly sautéed so they're not doused in oil, and they still retain their crunch. You know what all of this means? Jeff's Brain: That you spent way too much time thinking about this? Also, you're talking to yourself, which raises additional concerns... Jeff: No. Well yes to all of that, but this also means that it's possible to actually eat healthy at G&G, and not just pretend to eat healthy like I would be doing if I was getting a baked potato, or white rice, or a salad covered in bacon and ranch. Jeff's Brain: And how's that workin' out for you? Jeff: Well, knowledge is half the battle... So I'm only losing half of the time. Jeff's Brain: So what stopped this place from being "as good as it gets"? Jeff: The price. $8.00 to $9.00 (before tax and tip) is not great considering what's placed in front of me after I order. I'm still not sure I see the value for what I pay, you know? Really, if I could just figure out the marinade for their grilled meats, I would never come back because everything else can be made (really easily) by me for super cheap at home. Jeff's Brain: Oh, I am well aware of how you like to quibble over every cent. Remember, I'm the one who has to do the math every time you ask, "Is this worth it?" Jeff: Sorry...

This place is fantastic. I've eaten here (or from here, at least) multiple times and I'm never disappointed. The inside is very sleek and clean. Though, every time I walk in I feel like I'm being judged, haha! It may be because I'm overweight and it's a trendy healthy place to eat. It could also be my imagination. Probably that! ( Shut up, subconscious. No one wants to hear about your paranoia) The employees there are very mellow and nice. I wouldn't say they serve with a smile, but they're not rude either. They've never gotten our order wrong, so that's a plus! The food!: Their meals include your choice of meat, salad, and rice. 6 oz. breast, marinated overnight in our green onion and spiced adobo. ( This meal is $7.99 ) Bacon Spinach Salad: Spinach, sliced mushrooms and Kalamata olives, chopped eggs and bacon, garnished with red onions, croutons and our homemade Honey Mustard Dressing. Spinach Rice: Steamed white rice with spinach, garlic and spices. All of that is incredibly delicious and I recommend it to any first timers. Their honey mustard sauce tastes perfect. It's not overpowering and not too sweet, and it goes very well with their spinach salad. The chicken is juicey and well marinated (and a little bit of the honey mustard is good with it, too). The rice isn't soggy or dry. It's a splendid middle ground.

Let's see. This part of town is dominated by chain restaurants (think southwestern egg rolls) and chain fast food (think cartoon redheads, pandas, weird clowns who sell burgers, and a certain local dairy-and-beef vertical monopoly). It's much easier to find fried food than anything else when you're north of 50th and west of Portland. Enter Green & Grilled in Rockwell Plaza. Six ounce portions of chicken, beef, pork or tofu. Several different salads with homemade dressing, rice and seasoned veggies. We ordered the chicken, the beef, two salads, a side of steamed rice with shredded carrots, brown rice, and the veggies. The total, with tax, came to $20, and amounted to a light lunch for four people. The portions are the proper size for regular humans. I was glad to take this home to my folks and I'm sure they'll be back soon. I'll definitely be back next time I'm back on that side of town. Three cheers for a meal off Expressway that's not a jumbo size of cheesy-fat-lump-potato-meat-poppers.

I was excited to try this place, but I wasn't too impressed. The service was great and the gentleman working that day assisted me with the menu. I ordered the spinach rice, chicken breast, and the salad with bacon. The portions were good, but the flavor was so-so. I felt like the chicken was something I could have made at home for a fraction of the price. The salad seemed like it was pre-made from a bag, topped with store bought bacon bits and bottled (possibly Kraft) honey mustard dressing. Maybe they were having an off day? I might give this place another shot, only because I was so disappointed the first time and everyone else's reviews seem more positive.

This place has the appearance of being part of a chain, but from everything we learned, it is a one of a kind. It is in the middle of huge strip mall so a bit hard to find, but so worth the effort. I went with my extended family of 7, ranging in age from 2 to 75, and we all found things we loved. The sauce they use to season the steak, chicken and tofu is AMAZING, so all the protein choices are really good. The squash soup is a little bland, but the mixed veggies are really good as is the carrot rice. We tried a variety of salads between us and enjoyed them all. It makes me sad that this place is not more visible. They deserve to be packed all the time, but I'm sure that point will come as more people discover them.
